Due to the nature of 3D printed products, returns are only accepted in limited situations.

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product has a major manufacturing defect

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Proof of Issue

To process a return or replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Images of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping

This helps us verify the issue and resolve it quickly.

3. Replacement Process

If the return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement product, or

  • Provide an appropriate resolution, depending on product availability.

Replacement items will go through the same 3D printing production process, which may take 3–4 business days before shipping.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Minor layer lines or surface texture typical in 3D printed products

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

  • Requests made after the allowed return window

  • Products that were successfully delivered in good condition

5. Return Shipping

If the return request is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong item, Bloopix will assist in resolving the issue and may arrange return shipping if necessary.
