Since our products are 3D printed and manufactured after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible within a limited time.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the 3D printing process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
The order was successfully cancelled within the allowed time period.
The product was not delivered due to courier issues.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
Customers may be asked to provide photo or video proof of the damaged item.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If the order cancellation request is made after the production process has started.
Minor surface variations or layer lines that occur naturally in 3D printed products.
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Delivery delays caused by courier services.
If a refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
