Since our products are 3D printed and manufactured after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible within a limited time.

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Once the 3D printing process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

• Minor surface variations or layer lines that occur naturally in 3D printed products.

• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
